Batch Size: 23L

Original gravity: 1.062

Final Gravity: 1.012

ABV: 6.5%

Mash time: 60 minutes, 66°C

Mash out: 10 minutes, 75℃

Fermentables

  • Best Ale Malt
  • Wheat Malt
  • Flaked Oats
  • Cara MAlt

Kettle Additions

  • Citra & Mosaic 15 minutes
  • Citra & Mosaic Hopstand 20 minutes

Boil time: 60 minutes

Dry Hop

  • Citra & Mosaic dry hop 5 days

Yeast

  • WHC LAX

Fermentation

  • 18°C for 14 days or until fermentation has finished.
