Cara and Crystal malts are roasted at higher temperatures to producing darker colours and more intese aroma. They deliver flavours such as caramel, roasted coffee, dried fruit and a hint of chocolate. They're ideal for improving mouthfeel, head retention, and malt complexity in a wide range of styles. All our grains come pre-crushed.
