Late additions of Mosaic hops enhance the aroma, bringing the beer to life and creating a vibrant, lingering taste that keeps you coming back for more.

Recipe Method

Batch size: 23L

Original gravity: 1.036

Final Gravity: 1.007

ABV: 3.8%

Mash time: 60 minutes, 65℃

Mash out: 10 minutes, 75℃

Fermentables

  • Crisp Maris Otter
  • Crisp Wheat Malt
  • Crisp Dextrin malt

Kettle additions

  • Callenger. Start of boil
  • Mosaic. Last 10 minutes
  • Protofloc last 15 minutes

Yeast

  • US-05

Fermentaion

18℃ for 14 days or until fermentation is complete.

On completion of fermentation carry out the first dry hop 5 day cotact time. Mosaic

Second dry hop should be carried out allowing for a 3 day dry hop. Allow 3 day contact time for the dry hop. Mosaic

Then cold crash prior to racking you beer. Condition and enjoy.
