UK Fuggle Whole Leaf Hops 100g

Fuggle is one of the classic English hop varieties, bringing the earthy, woody and gently herbal character that has been a feature of British brewing for generations. Our 2025 harvest UK Fuggle whole leaf hops are a great choice for traditional English ales, bitters, porters and stouts.

Expect a mild and characterful aroma with notes of grass, mint and earth, with a subtle spicy and floral edge. Fuggle works particularly well as a late addition, adding depth and traditional hop character without overpowering the malt or yeast. It can also be used earlier in the boil when a softer, more rounded bitterness is wanted.

Fuggle works particularly well alongside other traditional British varieties. Try pairing it with East Kent Goldings for a classic English hop combination, or with Challenger to build layers of earthy, herbal and gently floral character.
