Old Peculier is a beer with plenty going on. Deep ruby-dark in colour, it combines rich malt character with layers of dark fruit, caramel and gentle chocolate notes. There’s a lovely warming quality to it too, with a subtle earthy, spicy hop character and a satisfying bittersweet finish.

This is the sort of beer that rewards a little patience. Pour yourself a pint, settle down by the fire and let it warm slightly in the glass — there’s plenty to discover as it opens up.
