Sólstorm New England IPA all grain kit
Sólstorm NEIPA featuring Ebbegarden yeast from Kveik Yeastery.
A perfect blend of the traditional Norwegian multi strain yeast blasting apple, pear, tropical fruit and citrus. Fantastic hops, Simcoe Motueka and bittering hop Chinook complemented with a grist of pale ale malt, wheat malt and oats, bringing a beautifully balanced NEIPA. Brewed with a soft, full-bodied malt base and hopped with Chinook, Simcoe, Motueka and Simcoe. This beer delivers vibrant aromas of lime zest, mango, and citrus with a subtle resinous backbone.
Our all grain kits come supplied with pre-crushed grains.

Mash time: 60 minutes, 67℃
Mash out: 10 minutes, 75℃

- Crisp Best (Pale ale) Ale Malt
- Crisp Wheat malt
- Crisp Naked oats
- Crisp Torrified oats
Boil: 60 minutes
Kettle additions
- Chinook 60 minutes
- Simcoe 10 minute whirlpool
- Simcoe 4 day dry hop
- Motueka 4 day dry hop
Yeast
- Kveik Yeastery Ebbegarden
Fermentaion
30℃ for 6 days or until fermentation is complete.
