Original gravity: 1.052
Final Gravity: 1.010
ABV: 5.5%
Mash time: 60 minutes, 67℃
Mash out: 10 minutes, 75℃
Fermentables
- Crisp Best (Pale) Ale Malt
- Crisp Naked Oats
- Crisp Medium Crystal 240 Malt
- Crisp Chocolate (Coffee) Malt
- Crisp Roasted Barley
Boil time: 60 minutes
Kettle additions
- Challenger 42g 60 minutes
- Protofloc 15 minutes
- Challenger 23g flame out
- Goldings 19g flame out
Yeast
- Lallemand Verdant IPA
Fermentation
- 20℃ for 14 days or until fermentation is complete. Carry out a cold crash prior to packaging
