Recipe Method
Batch size: 23L
Original gravity: 1.038
Final Gravity: 1.009
ABV: 4.3%
Mash time: 60 minutes, 67℃
Mash out: 10 minutes, 75℃
Fermentables
- Maris Otter Malt
- Crystal Malt
Kettle additions
- Hops Start of boil
- Centennial, Columbus, Simcoe. Last 10 minutes of the boil.
- Mosaic, Ammarillo and Vic Secret for a 3 day dry hop
- Protofloc 15 minutes
Yeast
- US-05
Fermentaion
18℃ for 14 days or until fermentation is complete
