Crop 2023. Czech Most™ is considered a highly interesting and dual-purpose hop known for its potent, fruity aroma, particularly with notes of strawberry, bubblegum and tropical fruit. Developed by Charles Faram & Co Ltd in collaboration with Czech growers, Most™ is also known for its balance and suitability for a range of beer styles, from lagers to pale ales.
Clean with a unique flavour profile, Most™ can display red fruit characteristics in darker beers, and adds stone fruit and citrus when used as a late or dry hop in pale brews.
