Crop 2023. Mandarina Bavaria originated in Germany and is known for its unique flavour and aroma profile. It's a relatively new hop variety, having only been released in 2012, but quickly gained popularity among craft brewers.
Mandarina Bavaria is named after its distinct aroma of tangerines and other citrus fruits, which makes it a great choice for adding fruity notes to beers. It also has a slight herbal and spicy character that can add complexity to beer recipes. With its distinctive flavour and aroma profile, Mandarina Bavaria is a great hop to experiment with in a range of beer styles, from IPAs to wheat beers.
