A modern American Pale Ale all grain kit built around one hop: Krush. This single-hop recipe lets Krush do the talking, producing a bright, fruit-forward beer with layers of citrus, tropical and stone fruit character.

Krush is an exciting American hop variety with a distinctive fruit profile. Expect flavours and aromas of orange, mango, guava, peach and mixed berries, with a subtle resinous character underneath. Rather than giving you just one obvious fruit note, Krush brings a rounded, almost fruit-sweet character that makes this pale ale seriously easy to drink.

We've paired the hops with a clean, balanced malt base including Maris Otter, giving the beer enough body and malt character to support the hops without getting in the way. At around 5.6% ABV, it's packed with flavour while remaining firmly in pale ale territory.
