Crop 2024. Displaying multiple layers of fruit with a strong herbal background, Cashmere works well in sours or more punchy ales and pairs excellently with other varieties. A intensely fruity aroma with strong overtones of lemon, lime, peach and melon. Undernotes of coconut, lemongrass, candy and herbs coming through in the whirlpool and dry hop additions.
