Brewdog over the years have been kind enough to share there recipies. This is a clone kit of Punk IPA.
Brewdog focused all thier energy on dry hopping, amping up the aroma and flavour of it's flagship beer to create a relentless explosion of tropical fruits, and adding a hint of Caramalt to balance out the insane amount of hops. A 5.6% Post modern classic.

Recipe Method
Batch size: 23L
Original gravity: 1.051
Final Gravity: 1.009
Mash time: 75 minutes, 67℃
Mash out: 10 minutes, 75℃
Fermentables
- Crisp Extra Pale Malt
- Crisp Cara Gold Malt
Boil: 60 minutes
Kettle additions
- 56g 60 Minutes Post modern punk mix
- 32.5g 30 minutes Post modern punk mix
- 1x Protofloc tablet 15 minutes
- 65g 10 minute Post modern punk mix
Yeast
- Fermentis Safale US-05
Fermentation
18℃ for 14 days or until fermentation is complete
Dry hop
190g Post modern punk mix. Dry hop 5 days at 14℃
