Fancy brewing your own version of BrewDog Elvis Juice? This all grain recipe kit takes inspiration from the famous citrus-forward American IPA, packing the glass with grapefruit, orange, pine and plenty of hop character.

Built around a solid Maris Otter and Caramalt malt base, this recipe brings together Citra, Simcoe, Amarillo, Mosaic and Magnum to create a punchy IPA with a bitter edge and loads of citrus and resinous hop flavour.

The result is a 6.45% American IPA with a light amber-golden colour, a smooth caramel malt backbone and a serious citrus hit. Grapefruit and orange peel can also be added to push those zesty flavours even further.

And yes, we couldn't resist giving it an Elvis-inspired twist. Don't expect to leave the building quietly after a few pints of this one. 🎸🍺

What's in the kit?

Everything you need to brew 20 litres of this BrewDog Elvis Juice-inspired all grain recipe:

• Maris Otter malt
• Caramalt
• Magnum
• Mosaic
• Simcoe
• Amarillo
• Citra
• WHC-LAX yeast
• 1 Protafloc tablet

Optional grapefruit and orange peel can be added if you want to turn the citrus dial up another notch. These aren't included in the standard kit. If you're adding further peel to the fermenter consider making up a tincture to reduce the chance of infection.
