Final Gravity: 1.017

ABV: 6.8%

Mash time: 60 minutes, 66°C

Mash out: 10 minutes, 75℃

  • Carapils
  • Vienna

Kettle Additions

  • Centennial start of boil
  • Cenntenial 45 minutes
  • Cenntenial 30 minutes
  • Cenntenial 15 minutes
  • Cenntenial end of boil
  • Boil time: 60 minutes

Dry Hop

  • Cenntenial & Cascade 1 week into fermentation.

Yeast

  • Safale US-05

Fermentation

  • 18°C for 14 days or until fermentation has finished.
