Superdelic T90 Hop Pellets New Zealand Hops

Superdelic T90 Hop Pellets New Zealand Hops

Superdelic is an exciting New Zealand hop bursting with juicy red berry, sweet candy, citrus and tropical fruit aromas. Developed by NZ Hops and released in 2023, its distinctive flavour profile makes it a fantastic choice for modern, fruit-forward beers.

Expect notes of raspberry, ripe mango and sweet fruit, with a bright citrus lift. Superdelic particularly shines in hazy IPAs, pale ales and New Zealand pilsners, bringing something a little different to the usual tropical hop combinations.

Late boil additions, whirlpool hopping and dry hopping are excellent ways to showcase its character. Superdelic is also known for its interesting biotransformation potential during active fermentation, which can enhance its sweet berry notes.

Superdelic also makes an excellent single-hop beer, allowing its unusual fruit character to take centre stage.
